KaÄŸan is the founder of KCA. Prior to establishing KCA, Kagan held leadership positions at UNLU&Co, Credit Suisse, Global Securities and Merrill Lynch for over 27 years in various investment banking divisions.
​
Kagan holds a BSc from Middle East Technical University and an MBA from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
Ercan Ergül
Advisor. Ercan has spent 25 years as an investment banker and PE fund manager with Global Securities, Bedminster Capital Management, and SEAF (still engaged).

Ercan holds a BSc from Middle East Technical University and an MBA from Warrington College of Business.
Muharrem Gülsever
Advisor. Muharrem led equity research departments at UNLU&Co and HSBC Asset Management and worked as an analyst at Deutsche Bank. He was partner and analyst at KCA from 2019-2025.

Lara Toensmann
Associate. Lara has worked for10 years+ as a sustainable business consultant. She has previously worked at ABN AMRO and JPMorgan.

Lara holds a BA in Development Studies from University of Sussex and a MSc in Sustainable Business from the University of Bath.
